Then they show the nice little model with new carpet and no markings anywhere. THEN surprise, surprise when you move in it's a total Hell hole. They promise new carpet. The staff is there to make money and that is it. They could careless about your comfort. If you have a problem they don't address it. I had new roommates moving in and called two days before they arrived to see if I had anyone assigned. I was told no so imagine how surprised I was when three girls barged in on me eating lunch.
