I rented a 2 bedroom with the loft. They are all townhouses with the masterbedroom upstairs. When I stayed there the price was good for the amount of space you got. There is also a small fenced in backyard that you share with your neighbors. There was no need for any maintneance but when it was it was prompt. THe only negative to this place is it is situated between two large low-income houseing areas. There has been many occasions where the police have been called out to stop disturbances. The area is gated but the blunt drug activity is obvious as soon as you leave your complex. I had no problems while staying there but be well aware of your surroundings. | | | | |
