I've lived in the front of Mill Run for 3 years, and it's a very safe, quiet neighborhood. Most of my neighbors are families, business-owners, or professional students. Unlike a lot of my friends in other apartment complexes, I have never had a break-in, nor have any of my neighbors. It's affordable, good housing, with great access to the heart of Gainesville.
