Apartment Review for Regency Oaks - Gainesville, FL

I have lived here for about 9 months now. I live in the large one bedroom and it is very large compared to other complexes. I actually have a dining room in a one bedroom apartment..and a balcony! The neighborhood is very quiet, yet right in the heart of Gainesville, on Archer road. I can get almost anywhere on the bus...even right to the center of UF campus. Maintenance is very good too, they come right away and try their best to fix the problem immediately. There are not a lot of young people playing loud music and partying. The community consists mainly of professional/grad students and small families...but I don't see too many young children. There has been many changhes to the managaement staff, but the new manager is very friendly and helpful. I also noticed a lot of my neighbors have been here for several years, so it's a home to most, not just a place to live for a year.
