Apartment Review for Regency Oaks - Gainesville, FL

I moved into Regency Oaks back in January and at first everything was perfect then shit started tearing up. My carpet has not been cleaned, they've been telling me that they were going to clean it since I moved in it. The apartments are very nice in size just old and need some work done. When u call to get something fix it takes forever. If you are student that would be a great location but trying to raise a family not a good idea.
