Apartment Review for Arbor Park - Gainesville, FL

My apartment actually looks very nice. The maintenance has always been here by the next day when I needed something fixed. However, the problems about noise are true. My upstairs neighbors sound like they throw TVs on the floor, at 3am. And I am pretty sure 5 people live upstairs which is not allowed. I have complained but really got nowhere. My first upstairs neighbors were amazing and I never heard them. So I think it just depends on who you get.
