Apartment Review for Arbor Park - Gainesville, FL

I've lived in Arbor Park for just over a year. There are criminals living everywhere and in apartment 423 there is a lot of drug activity. The apartments are in the city limits of Gainesville so Gaineville Police Department (GPD) is the law enforcement for the apartments. GPD is a joke and anywhere in the city limits you need to feel unsafe because GPD doesn't care about the citizens. I've *never* seen GPD patrol the property of Arbor Park.

The apartments are old and falling apart. The plumbing has to be unclogged on a daily basis. The water has high levels of iron content and rust stains will show anywere water touches because the pipes are erodeing into the water.

The staff and maint. at Arbor Park are wonderful and it would be great dealing with them if Paradigmn would take better care of their properties. Paradigmn doesn't care about their tennents. They are only concerned about getting money.

My lease runs out in July and I will be leaving. I do not recommend the apartments to anyone.
