Apartment Review for Arbor Park - Gainesville, FL

The price for a 2 bed, 2-bath apt. is reasonable, but you get what you pay for. This means built-in carpet stains, unfinished countertops, leaky ceilings, lousy plumbing, and lots of low-or-no-class neighbors. I can't believe the level of rudeness some of these people have here. It doesn't help that you can hear through the walls and the floors. But, it's just wrong for people to be carrying on the way some do here at ALL hours of the night. The management says it's a family community and they don't tolerate that kind of nonsense, but that's bull. If you need sleep, don't bother coming here. It's just another drug-and-alcohol ridden student ghetto. Oh, and the homeless camp is just up the road, so there's plenty of them around too, if you ever wander across the street to the laundromat or the gas station. I'm sure if the property manager had to live here she'd try harder.....
