Apartment Review for Arbor Park - Gainesville, FL

I don't see why all these people are complaining. I have lived here for two years and never had any problems. The office staff is very helpful, and the maintenance staff always fixes any problems I have within 24 hours. I moved here because of they have cheap price for alot of space, and though the outside doesn't look brand new, the inside of the apartment was pristine when I moved in. They work very hard to spruce up the appearance of the complex too. They have a grounds keeper that is out every day blowing leaves, working on property, etc. Theres always parking too. Overall I have not had any problems and would recommend this complex to anyone.
