I have lived at Arbor Park for the past 3 years while attending UF. I have to say that I am really pleased with my stay here. The staff is super nice and my maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner. They even came in and upgraded my apartment for me for FREE! I would recomend Arbor Park to serious students and business professionals because it is also very quiet!!!  Need to rent an apartment?
