Apartment Review for Aspen Ridge - Gainesville, FL

When I first moved in the carpet was brand new and never steam cleaned, therefore, it shed clumps daily and is DISGUSTING. I had to call maintenance the day after I moved in because the apartment was not properly cleaned...there were cob webs in each corner of EVERY room, broken blinds, filthy front door and halls. Too expensive...NOT WORTH IT!!!! Go somewhere all-inclusive.. Upside is that it is close to everything.
