Apartment Review for Boardwalk Apts. - Gainesville, FL

I have been here for 2 yrs as single. I am just married and now looking for some upgraded lifestyle. My wife complaines every day about the apartment. It is very old apartment. They will raise the rent and $15 for roommate fee. No Gyms. The pool is very small and dirty. The laundary units are very old and pricy. There is no reason to stay in the apartment. I will leave soon by the date ending of the contract.
