Apartment Review for Boardwalk Apts. - Gainesville, FL

This apartment complex was not the best when I moved in, but is definitely getting better now that Paradigm has taken over. For practically the entire time that I have been living here, my roof has been leaking. I often wake up in the middle of the night to plaster falling on my carpet due to the rain. I have gotten it fixed on more than one occasion and each time it has messed up again. I am moving out for this reason, and because the complex does not have washers and dryers in the unit. Not that paradigm has taken over things are getting better (they have placed ceramic tile, installing a gym, etc), but they have also increased the price. For the money I don't think it is worth it to pay for the 1/1 now. But overall, the apartment was VERY cute, kinda tiny, but a great first apartment.
