Apartment Review for Boardwalk Apts. - Gainesville, FL

i hate this dump.. the apartments are so old.. even when they put new floors and appliances in, they are so low-quality that they look old and destroyed within a month! Management sucks and they are awful about tenant relations.. it's inexpensive because that's the only way people would possibly want to live in that dump. it's ghetto and nasty and you have ACR's as neighbors. Hey if you like green cabinetry in your kitchen and nails in your tires, go for it.. oh yeah the parking spaces are so tiny expect your car to have all sorts of damage.
