Apartment Review for Boardwalk Apts. - Gainesville, FL

I moved in one year ago. I did it because it was cheap, and a decent place to live but it needed some improvements. Now that Paradigm has taken it over there are improvements everywhere. They put new ceramic tile in, new doors on the apartments, repaved the entire parking lot, took away ROAM TOWING, just put a fitness center in, revamped the pool area and made a much larger and nicer lounge area around the pool, and just put new AC units in alot of the apartments. I mean come on, they haven't even had the place a year and its a totally different place now. You can't beat the place, especially for the price.
