Apartment Review for Boardwalk Apts. - Gainesville, FL

I lived at Boardwalk with my teen Daughter for a year and a half and was very satisfied. The bedrooms are very spacious and the building that I lived in was fairly quiet. The staff is always friendly and courteous, in fact I moved in with help from only my Daughter and a friend and we were having problems moving our sofa in and the grounds keeper offered to help after he completed another task, I really appreciated that. I have never felt unsafe and had not serious pest control problems. I can see the changes for the better in the year since I moved in and it only getting better. Thanks Boardwalk Management! I will miss you!
