Apartment Review for Boardwalk Apts. - Gainesville, FL

We were excited after viewing the model apt. Our apt. looked nothing like this. The low rent should have warned us. We thought it was a steal, until I spent 6 mos. bedridden with sickness. Found out soon enough it was the most mold ridden air system ever tested by the #1 testing lab (EMSL). DO NOT BE FOOLED as we were. And they still have not let us out of our lease even though we moved out long ago. Also, poor lighting, unqualified maintenance man is more like a cover- all problems specialist. Bad neighborhood at night. Guest parking is very far and no lighting. Marker drawn flowers and poop looking stains on carpet
