Apartment Review for Brandywine Condominiums - Gainesville, FL

I lived in a unit in this complex for 3 years. Maintenance was always very timely. Management was very helpful and available. The units are incredibly spacious and rent is super affordable. Just to give you a better idea of how valuable this place is, the units that were for sale 3 years ago sold at about 55-60k each. Now, those same units are on sale for about 80k. The location is perfect for bus or bike to school and restaurants and Walmart. Its a relatively quiet complex too. I highly highly highly recommend it.
