Apartment Review for Brandywine Condominiums - Gainesville, FL

The unit I live in is crumbling and gross. Since I've moved in they've had to replace the toilet, the circuit breaker box, the circuits in the A/C, the heating components in the A/C, the oven range which exploded, and a bunch of other stuff is just gross. Parts of the wall aren't even painted. When they do paint, they do a sloppy job and paint over electrical outlets, bathroom fixtures, etc. The neighbors are awful. The parking is the worst of all, I am often forced to park in a lot 3 lots down because management does not enforce towing or parking permits. They sometimes take a long time to respond to requests to fix broken stuff. They have landscapers who raze everything, including the ornamental flowers I keep planting by my door.

Live here if you like a lot of sq footage for cheap, but don't expect quality or decent neighbors, and don't expect to have a place to park when you come from from a hard day of work of school.
