Apartment Review for Brandywine Condominiums - Gainesville, FL

If I was rich, I could complain... but I am not. Our kids lived there over a six year period. Maintenance issues were addressed, but not remodeled. Carpets were cleaned when we renewed. Office staff were very accomoding. I did notice them being firm with tennants who were spoiled or disrespectful. Place was quiet and well maintained and given the rent and close location to campus, we could not have done better. Great place to spend undergrad years. terrific value for the cost.
