Apartment Review for Brandywine Condominiums - Gainesville, FL

I did a year of grad school here and stayed at Brandywine. Aside from the usual apartment living complaints, I found it a good place to live...and I've lived in a lot of apartments!! Also, there's now a guy in the front office ( Don't know his name ) that's very personable and seems to get things done. If you're looking for something good and inexpensive, I would tell you to give it a try. I've moved out of town now, but I would live there again.
