Apartment Review for Brookwood Terrace Apartments - Gainesville, FL

This is a very quiet, wooded complex, with a variety of renters (students, families, young professionals, etc.) Everyone is pleasant but pretty much sticks to themselves. Coming from a complex where my work orders took months to be resolved, I cannot get over how quick the service is here. I put in my work order first thing in the morning, and by the time I get back, it has been fulfilled! The facilities in the laundry room are almost always available and always in good working order. The only somewhat negative thing I can think of to say is that the units are quite dark and do not come with many lighting fixtures.
