Apartment Review for Brookwood Terrace Apartments - Gainesville, FL

I've lived at Brookwood Terrace the longest of any place I've lived since moving to Gainesville (been here 3 years). The absolute BEST thing about this place is the Maintenance Staff! These guys are knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, efficient, clean...I cannot say enough good things about them. The office, likewise, is wonderful to deal with. Ericka is very pleasant and accommodating. The grounds are nice, and VERY well populated with lovely trees. Neighbors are quiet and nice for the most part. We had an issue with my daughter's car being broken into, but it is truly out of the ordinary for anything bad to happen here. The worst feature is by far the tiny-gauged, ancient plumbing! Drains are SLOW, but to me this is a minor point compared with the many advantages.
