Apartment Review for Cabana Beach Apartments - Gainesville, FL

Cabana Beach was definitely the typical when I first moved in, but it was a new complex and practice makes perfect. Cabana Beach was a New Complex and from what i understood at 90 something percent full. The office staff maybe be a reflection of the complex but not the entirety of its community. It was a nit pricey but its like buying a brand new car. After renewing my lease regretfully I stayed a second year and now I absolutely love it. The complex is definitely more spacious than any of its competitors. Parking is phenomenal and the office staff is at its best yet! It has its flaws floors are thin but try and find a place that you can't hear your neighbors above you. The rumors and gossip about CB should stop. Its a great place to live and i give it a thumbs up!
