Apartment Review for Cabana Beach Apartments - Gainesville, FL

This place really does not have its act together. Other reviewers think it's a failure of leadership with the management. When I signed my lease I was very optimistic and excited. I had read a few negative reports online, and figured that by 2009 they would have changed. NOPE, the same crap happened to me. They lie about everything. The only positive thing I have to say is the half dozen maintenance issues so far have been taken care of promptly. The maintenance guys are good. The office staff LIES, and are always trying to cover their butt. I wish somebody would have told me (and I would have listened) to avoid this place. If your a UF student take my advice DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH THIS PLACE.
