I understand that some beleive a snap shot is worth a thousand words, but a video is worth so much more. The maintenece staff now completes work orders within 24 hours and the staff relates to all of my concerns and respects all opinions. If anyone has a problem they always seem to be able to find a solution. If you are choosing an apartment, don't rely on one or two opinions go and talk with the staff and ask them to pull up the stats for work orders and renewal rates.
