Apartment Review for Cambridge - Gainesville, FL

The apartments are nice enough (although rather expensive) but the office and maintenance people are horrible and make life miserable. Every time I speak to someone in the office it is a different person who doesn't know what the crap they're talking about because they're new. The staff turnover rate is ridiculous. Simple questions require calling 3 or 4 times and talking to 3 or 4 people just to get an answer. I've never had a maintenance request fulfilled in less than 24 hours. We literally had our AC unit leaking/flooding our laundry room for *3 days* before they came to fix it. My toilet has broken 5 times since I've lived here. It's not worth it! Find somewhere else to live.
