Apartment Review for Camelot Apartments - Gainesville, FL

This was absolutely the worst place I have ever lived in every single way. MISMANAGEMENT!!! The owner should get a clue - there's a reason everyone left. The office manager is either too lazy or too lackadaisical to do her job. The construction noise was constant, but very little work was actually accomplished in a day. Maybe that's why it lasted the entire year I lived there. At night, the tenants of one apartment constantly yelled in the parking lot under bedroom windows at 2, 3, 4, 5 AM - they thought it was funny to wake everyone up. Promises by management to evict were false. I was assured this was a quiet place to live when rented to. What a lie! I left severely sleep deprived. The place is a mess. Roaches run the halls at night, drawn by all the trash left outside. This place is a horrible place to live. Conveniently located, but not at all worth it.
