Apartment Review for Campus Club Of Gainsville - Gainesville, FL

I came into this place expecting it to be all nice, but found out no sooner than 2 days after move-in that it wasn't all it was cracked up to be. Our dryer broke and it took them 2 weeks to get us a new one. That meant taking our clothes to the laundry mat or someone else's house to do laundry. As for when we moved in, the carpet had gum in it. One of my roommates glass closet doors was completely shattered. My other roommate's door jam was busted (still hasn't been fixed). The floors are nasty, extremely hard to clean! It's just an all over bad apartment. And the maintenance, if you need them, you're better off hiring someone. You'll get the job done faster and it'll be right the first time.
