If you don't want a record then don't even think about signing here because you will be tempted daily to beat the shit out of the entire staff. They are incompetent fools who think they are badass. They never address any of your problems AT ALL. My ethernet is conveniently down EVERY EXAM week (Fall, Spring, SA, SB/C) You call and they don't give a shit. The amenities are included, but they don't keep up with it. My ac broke 10x in 6 mo. each time I left for an extended period of time and they never reimbursed me. They are overly priced, filthy, cheap ass apts. No visitor parking so if you have friends you won't after living in this shit house. My friends had a party and maintenance found a broken beer bottle on the first floor (they live on the second) and charged them $100 and there was absolutely no proof that it belonged to them or their party. Maintenance chases you out of the pool if it is a minute past 10 then they yell but you don't know at who because their eyes are off in lala land. One's looking to the east and the other to northwest. They are assholes from the pits of hell. Don't live here and if you do sign a lease you deserve everything that you get because you didn't listen to my warning. PS JESUS LOVES YOU!
