Apartment Review for Campus Lodge - Gainesville, FL

I was in complete disbelief as to the attitude I received from the Campus Lodge Manager Dawn Ritch. Upon investigating a double battery and rape case on their property, I received no cooperation or sympathy.

In an interest to prevent poor public appearance, Campus Lodge of Gainesville chooses not to disclose or aid in any criminal investigations in their property. Campus lodge appears safe to live in but surprisingly, it is one of the most dangerous complexes in Gainesville. Of the numerous crimes occurring on their property, Campus Lodge only reported 78 in the last 24 months. Including 12 battery, assault and stalking cases. Campus lodge is the only apartment complex in Gainesville that I have personally investigated 3 rapes in the same complex within one year!
