Apartment Review for College Park Apartments - Gainesville, FL

It was one problem after the other. They charged me a redecoration fee and did absolutely nothing to fix up the place before I moved in. Every month something broke/needed to be fixed by maintenance. Maintenance never knew what they were doing/did a horrible job. If you want peace and quiet- don't live at College View. It was one party after another by the neighbors. Management did not give a shit. Neither did the cops. If you are an idiot and sign a lease with them, I hope that they didn't sucker you into a bottom floor unit. THe wood floors from the upstairs unit will literally drive you crazy!!!!!!!!! THe laudary room facility is used by THE WHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD. Even the junkies that live blocks away bring their dirty rags to the broken down washer/dryers. THey always are used/broken. Forget about having a friend/family member over to visit and have them park in the lot. It will get towed. IF you are on the bottom apartment- there is a high possibility that it will get broken into by one of the junkies from the neighborhood. OVerall, I would not recommend College View or any other Paradigmn property to my worst enemy. It is pure hell living there. Paradigm Properties are nothing but a bunch of theives.
