The rent is so high but the facilities are so bad. No window, Bad(& dirty) Air-conditioner, Dirty Carpet, Rusty Sink, bad shower booth, Unkind Rental Office, many roaches, etc. I think the proper rent for it is $200.00 (real rent fee is $459.00) You must think again before contracting.
