Apartment Review for Colonial Village-Gainesville - Gainesville, FL

These apartments are so small, old, and dirty. Within the first week our ice maker did not work, or dryer, or dish washer (they had to bring in a new one) after the new management took over the heritage they decided to fix things up. The tile in my bathroom is broken. There is a huge gap under the front doors so my roommates are all sorts of bugs. Few months later my hot water pump exploded and flooded my apartment soaking the carpet and ruining all my clothes in the laundry room also they did not replace the carpet just dried it and the fans that they brought in put grease all over my carpet staining it. Also, the apartment above me had a toilet leak so my ceiling in my KITCHEN leaked for an entire month (I complained for an entire month I could not even cook in my kitchen talk about contamination) so they finally fixed it after 4 emergency calls in the middle of the night. I had pieces of ceiling hanging down not to mention the ceiling became stained of a yellow color. When they finally fixed it they did not paint the ceiling back to its original color so my ceiling is two different colors. I could go on buy by now you are looking else where. Also, the apt. was quiet but now since its the polos they have made it a huge party/college complex and there are parties at the pool often so its so loud now
