Apartment Review for Colonial Village-Gainesville - Gainesville, FL

hmm...where to begin..? My biggest complaint is that the complex is unsafe and the management and maintanence is unbelievablly bad! Once we had termites litterally eating holes in our walls- we could actually see outside, the holes were so large. After multiple calls and trips to the office nothing was done excpet they gave us a can of raid and told them to spray them ourselves! After several days of arguing they finally sent a pest service out, but never repaired the damage- we filled in the holes ourselves. It is nearly impossible to get anything fixed. When we moved in the apartment was filthy and the window locks didn't work- they appeared to work, but the window could still be opened (even though they appeared locked).
