Apartment Review for Country Gardens - Gainesville, FL

These apartments are very spacious and have a reasonable price compared to most apts in the Gainesville area. You can walk to Shands/VA/UF...Totally SAFE AND VERY QUIET PLACE. Maintenance is excellent and all problems taken care of the same day. Office manager listens and helps everyone with whatever she can. Pets are allowed and there is always something new going on. My dog loves to go to the office. The manager keeps dog treats for when dogs come to see her.Right now there is a x-mas tree in the office and you can walk by and hear x-mas songs playing. This summer all the buildings got repainted. They have remodeled the kitchens with new beautiful cabinets. Some apartments have been tiled. The pool is always clean. Few weeks ago pet containers and bags were added to the property. Patios were added on all first floor units. This week the breezeways are being repainted. The property is well taken care of. Everyting is green and there are flowers everywhere to match the name "Country Gardens". We love it here and have spoken to others who have lived here 2-6 yrs. Why? Because it is almost like a home away from home.
