Apartment Review for The Courtyards - Gainesville, FL

I don't know about you- but I hate UF parking. The best thing about Courtyards is the FREE parking across the street. I never have a problem finding a spot. They offered me a roommate finding service too. It worked well- my rommmates and I have a lot in common. It works. The people in the office are nice. Maintenance even hung our pictures for us when we moved in- can't beat that. The kitchen in the 4Br is the BIGGEST in town. Electric is included. The wireless internet worked great. I didn't have much furniture, so it helped that it was furnished. They give you breakfast every month when you pay rent. The place isn't brand new, but it looks great on the inside (surprising). I felt very safe, because of the gated building. Can't beat the price. I renewed with my roommates.
