Apartment Review for Eastgate Apartments - Gainesville, FL

We lived there when it first opened and left as soon as lease was up. If you are not on goverment assitance you will be treated like you are by managment. My child did not enjoy pool even though we stayed accros from office. Yes there is security but he is oblivous to his surroundings. Three of my neigbors homes were vandalized while i was living there. our cars were also vadalized several times. Managment promised a washer dryer unit which i never recieved but was charged for. There is a small laundry facialtiy with a machine they would only allow to place 10 dollars or more on a card for laundry use. Once i used the laundry and while my clothes were drying they deciede to close thae laundry early. If you live downstairs expect your porch to be a gathering for people of the neighborhood. Major garbage problem one of the dumping aeras is full all the time and does not work to compact trash correctly, trash is always on the ground in this aera. great place to raise children if you want them bullied everyday, or offered drugs.
