Apartment Review for Eastgate Apartments - Gainesville, FL

I moved in 7 months ago,the apartment was filthy, i had offered to clean it myself,i was told they would clean it. I had no appliances for a week, my kids and i could not take a shower for the first 48 hours, my apt. has BUGS and GNATS that i complained about since day 1,AC unit never has wked. i've reported it leaking into the hallway and my bedroom,nothing has been done i could go on and on but my plan is to get the HELL out and warn everyone i come in contact with to call ....and stay the hell away from Eastgate apartments...These apartments are rediculous and the mgmt. and maintenance are poor..... Don't be fooled by the stars it only lets you take off so many, because i would have left none...
