I love the exchange, its a great atmosphere and i love the pool BUT, the management on the other hand is ridiculous! since august, they have owed me over 400 dollars and will not address the subject with me. everyday i go in there and they say that they are still going over the file! it also takes months to get anything fixed. so my advice if you want to live here... keep track of your own financial account and find a guy to fix things for you. (oh yeah and my car was broken into, along with three others...what a GREAT gated community!)  Need to rent an apartment?
