Apartment Review for Exchange At Gainesville - Gainesville, FL

I have lived in Gainesville for almost four years, in four different apartment complexes. This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. Based on outward appearances, the Exchange seems like a nice, good quality atmosphere. But, in reality everything is cheaply made; our air conditioner broke and was never properly fixed, the filters were disgusting; when my roommate flushes her toilet, it sounds like a hurricane is rushing through my room; bugs are infested everywhere, etc. The management and employees are some of the rudest, most uninformative people I have ever dealt with. They never fix anything, and no one ever seems to know what's going on or what certain rules are. Everyone seems to say something different. They are uncomprimising, and tend to speak towards their consumers in a demeaning way, with the exception of one or two people. Not to mention having to park outside the gate of my own apartment complex due to overcrowding. When first moving in, nothing was cleaned and there was still left-over garbage from the previous tenants. The rug was never steam cleaned, and the bathrooms were disgusting.
