Just moved in. Used to be in a very secure house, Neighbors seem nice so far. Laundry not so good. Mold/mildew in bathroom not so good, no, it was pretty awful, even though they make you sign a mold/ mildew contract when you sign your lease. If you move in ask if all laundry facilitys are operative [ they're not ] and ask to see specific apt before you make a decision.  Need to rent an apartment?
