Apartment Review for Fox Hollow Apartments - Gainesville, FL

I have not experianced the horror stories others have told. In fact, I've noticed a steady improvement in property quality. No, not all apartments look like the model. Some of them have older fixtures and countertops. Our apartment could use new carpet. But otherwise, older does not mean bad. Maintnance is great, things usually fixed in a day or two of asking. However, Management can be cocky and unknowledgeable. Depends who is in charge at the time. All in all, I wouldnt say stay away. Its affordable, and fair conditions. Better than alot of places. Of course, one might suspect horror stories from problem residents........which are easy to spot even as a fellow resident. I live in the back of the complex, on my fifth year..........and I see no problems or debauchery occuring.
