Read More I HAVE LIVED @ FREDERICK GARDENS FOR OVER 12YRS BEING A SINGLE PARENT IT WAS JUST WHAT I NEEDED. GREAT STAFF,JUST ENOUGH ROOM FOR MY SONS TO GROW WITH A POOL.COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH Very affordable but well maintained. Great service staff - they really took care of us while we lived there. I highly recommend it if you want peace and quiet. I subleased a 2/1 here and it's ok. that's it, just ok. there's no central heat or ac. there's a wall unit in the living room that runs the utility bill up to ~$300....
