Apartment Review for Gainsville Place - Gainesville, FL

I have subleased here since winter break and I signed a lease with two of my friends to live here next year as well. My apartment is in excellent condition and the recreation facilities in the complex are very accomodating. Granted, if you want something fixed or repaired you are better off doing it yourself, but other than that I have no complaints. The office staff is great, the pool is fun, the people have a good time, and you are almost guaranteed to know somebody living here. A complaint I have for my neighbors downstairs would be that we are too loud up here (the walls are pretty thin) but what can I say?? We are all in college and just having a good time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Good price and everything is included with no extra fees for using too much air or water or something.
