Apartment Review for Gainsville Place - Gainesville, FL

This place has been completly renovated. Its very safe and it only gets loud on the weekends. What can you expect from a college town? They always have the grass cut and the lawn looks great! My friends love my apartment and the staff was great to work with me and my roommates. They took out all of our carpet and tile to put new ones in b/c we thought it was old. They had no complants about it. I was very impressed. Parking can sometimes be a hassle on the weekends. But overall I loved living here. Will be here till I graduate in 2007!
