Apartment Review for Gainsville Place - Gainesville, FL

Don't waste your time, unless you would prefer a complex with paper thin walls, people who drive like maniacs, and ignorant management (Paradigm). I regret ever being fooled by the model apartment and all the amenities. The gates haven't worked for God knows how long and they have been fixing people's damaged balconies for months. Oh and while other complexes offer lots of incentives for re-signing, Gainesville Place offered us $10 off our monthly rent. TEN DOLLARS?! Please, you people can take your $10 and shove it.
