BEWARE, the management is just after your money. Expect your car to be broken into, vandalised, or stolen because the gates out front are just for show. The place is a dump and always smells vaguely of vomit, piss, and shit. Roommate matching is a joke. The residents are completely soulless and depraved individuals so don't expect to meet anybody with any sort of personality. Avoid at all costs along with any other Paradigm Properties. There are a lot better complexes in Gainesville.
