You know, it really appears to have it all except for management with a brain. Before you even move in you will be nailed with exhuberent fees and what not, which unfortunately gets you no respect or understanding of the management. I have seen slaughter houses whose owners care more about the cattle than the management does here. And, also, if you never want to grow up, this is the place for you. I expect someone will even hold your hand while you use the bathroom if you pay another $100.
