This place is crap, do not ever sign a lease here. I got random black roommates who do not go to school and are very obnoxious and not respectful citizens. My other roommate and I have been living here for two years and moved these new roommates in after my other two roommates graduated. Gainesville place will not do anything about it because all they care about is filling rooms so they can make money.  Need to rent an apartment?
